Terms of Service
Summary
These Terms govern your use of the Chrome Extensions Advanced Skinport and Advanced Float (collectively referred to as “Extensions”) provided by AdvancedTec (“we”, “us”, “our”). They cover service description, user obligations, payment and refund rules, license grant, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, modification rights, dispute resolution, and other standard legal provisions commonly found in the agreements of Google, Microsoft, Steam, Apple, GitHub, Slack, and others.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Advanced Skinport or Advanced Float, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extensions.
2. Description of Service
Advanced Skinport enables Users to analyze, compare, and trade CS2 skins with advanced pricing insights and automation tools. Advanced Float allows Users to top up a non-refundable balance to access a CSFloat bot service for automated item purchasing and management. All funds loaded or subscriptions purchased are final and may only be used within the respective Extension.
3. User Accounts and Registration
- You must register a user account and provide accurate, complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Payment and Refunds
- All payments and subscriptions are processed via our designated payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
- All purchases, top-ups, and balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. License and Restrictions
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Extensions in object-code form.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or create derivative works of the Extensions.
6. Modification of Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Extensions, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Likewise, we may amend these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated to you in-app or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADVANCEDTEC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8a. Automated Trading and Selling Disclaimer
ADVANCEDTEC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM ERRORS, MALFUNCTIONS, OR INCORRECT PRICING IN THE AUTOMATED ITEM TRADING AND SELLING FUNCTIONALITY OF THE EXTENSIONS.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The automated buying and selling features in Advanced Skinport or Advanced Float may experience technical errors, incorrect price calculations, or system malfunctions.
- Items may be bought or sold for prices lower or higher than intended due to algorithmic or data issues.
- You use the automation features entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for monitoring and verifying all transactions.
- AdvancedTec shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred from items traded at incorrect prices, regardless of the cause.
- No compensation, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided for losses resulting from automated trading errors.
Recommendation: Users are strongly advised to regularly monitor automated trading activities and to set appropriate safety limits and price thresholds where available.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdvancedTec, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or connected with your use of the Extensions or your breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Extensions and/or delete your balance without refund, at our sole discretion, if you:
- violate these Terms,
- misuse the Extensions, or
- fail to act responsibly when encountering unintended system behavior.
This includes situations where you benefit from unexpected or unintended balance changes or features. Any technical malfunction or unexpected behavior must be reported immediately. Using the Extensions while knowingly benefiting from such issues may be treated as a violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
For Users in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and you and we each waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive venue for all disputes shall be the competent courts at our registered office.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdvancedTec regarding Advanced Skinport and Advanced Float, superseding all prior agreements.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The Extensions may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
16. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extensions (including all intellectual property rights) are and remain with AdvancedTec. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
17. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data. By using the Extensions, you consent to our practices described therein.
18. User Responsibility and Compliance
You alone are responsible for ensuring your use of the Extensions complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. AdvancedTec is not liable for any legal or financial consequences of your actions.
19. Platform Usage Restrictions
Users with an active Advanced Float or Advanced Skinport Extension are prohibited from engaging in behavior that interferes with automated trading operations or integrated platform data collection. Any circumvention of restrictions, including using alternate accounts or disabling the Extensions to manipulate prices, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
20. Lifetime Access Terms
Lifetime access to Advanced Float or Advanced Skinport is provided on a private, non-commercial basis. It does not establish a commercial contract or a continuous service guarantee.
The developer will make reasonable efforts to maintain the software and server functionality for at least 24 months from the date of access. However, due to the private nature of the operation, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that continued operation becomes technically or financially impossible — including, but not limited to, changes to the CSFloat or Skinport APIs — the service may be discontinued earlier without compensation or refund.
The software is provided "as-is", without warranty of uptime, performance, or profitability. The developer is not liable for downtime, data errors, API changes, bans, or other disruptions.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Any resale, redistribution, or sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of access.
By acquiring Lifetime Access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
