Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the Chrome Extension "Advanced Skinport," provided by AdvancedTec. By using the extension, you agree to these T&C.

2. Service Description

Advanced Skinport allows users to top up their balance to use a bot for CSFloat. The topped-up balance is non-refundable and can only be used for the bot.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

AdvancedTec assumes no liability for:

• The misuse of the extension by the user or third parties.
• Bans or suspensions on the Skinport or CSFloat platforms. Users are responsible for adhering to the safe use rules of the respective platforms.

4. Terms of Use and Sanctions

AdvancedTec reserves the right to suspend user accounts without refunding the topped-up balance if:

• The user violates the rules of CSFloat or Skinport.
• Misuse of the extension is detected.

Eligibility and Regional Restrictions

• The Advanced Skinport extension is only available for users residing in the European Union. By using this service, you confirm that you are located within the EU. AdvancedTec reserves the right to suspend accounts that attempt to bypass regional restrictions.

5. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

AdvancedTec reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in an appropriate manner.

6. Privacy Policy

AdvancedTec is committed to protecting the privacy of users. Information regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials of the Advanced Skinport Extension, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, and software code, are the property of AdvancedTec and are protected by copyright laws. The software and its source code are closed source and proprietary. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or extension of these materials is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

8. Service Modifications

AdvancedTec reserves the right to modify or discontinue the services offered at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. AdvancedTec is not liable for any consequences resulting from such modifications or discontinuation of the service.

9. Third-Party Links

The Advanced Skinport Extension may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AdvancedTec. AdvancedTec is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold AdvancedTec, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims or demands arising out of the use of the Extension or a violation of these T&C.

11. Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect and continue to be enforceable.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C, to the extent permitted by law, shall be the location of AdvancedTec.

13. Liability and User Responsibility

The user acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible for any damages, legal violations, or financial liabilities resulting from their use of the Advanced Skinport extension. This includes, but is not limited to, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, and financial losses.

AdvancedTec is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, or penalties incurred by the user due to misuse of the service or violations of applicable laws. The user agrees to indemnify and hold AdvancedTec harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought against the company due to the user's actions.

14. Restrictions on Business Use

Advanced Skinport is exclusively intended for private individuals (consumers). The purchase, licensing, or use of this software by businesses, companies, or any other commercial entities is strictly prohibited. Users confirm that they are not acting on behalf of a business or using the software in a professional or corporate capacity.
