Please make sure that the Skinport language is set to English. You can change this setting by going to the Skinport homepage and selecting English from the language options in the bottom-left corner of the page.
Additionally, ensure that the currency in the Advanced Skinport settings matches the one you see on Skinport. Incorrect currency settings can prevent the extension from recognizing prices correctly.
When all subscription slots are taken, you can join our waitlist. Once a slot becomes available (when current users don't renew their subscription), we'll notify you via email.
You'll have 24 hours to purchase your subscription after receiving the notification. If you don't subscribe within this timeframe, the next person on the waitlist will be notified.
Please note that we cannot provide information about your position on the waitlist.
Advanced Skinport features do not violate Skinport's or CSFloat's Terms of Service. It is completely safe to use.
To use the CSFloat Autobuyer which is included in Advanced Skinport, you need:
1. An active Advanced Skinport subscription (Standard or Premium)
2. Balance on your AdvancedTec website account
3. Balance on CSFloat to buy the Skins
The service takes 15% of the estimated profit. For example, with a 10 € balance, you can make up to 66.66 € in profit.
After purchasing a subscription, please log in to your AdvancedTec account. The extension will automatically recognize your subscription status and activate accordingly. If you experience issues, try logging out and logging back in.
You can manage your subscription by visiting the subscriptions page on your AdvancedTec account. Here, you can view your current subscriptions and their duration.
You can access your account settings through the profile menu in the top-right corner. Here you can update your email, password, and other preferences.
Yes, you can use your subscription on multipe devices simultaneously. Simply log in to your account on each device.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and various cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
Our subscriptions are not auto-renewing, so there's no need to cancel. Your subscription will automatically end after its duration.
3 days before your subscription expires, you'll receive an email with a link to renew your subscription if you wish to continue using our services.
You can always check your subscription status and remaining time on the subscriptions page.
